Ana noticed an immediate positive effect on her body and spirit from her first Kundalini Yoga class in 2019. Since then she became very passionate and committed to the every day practice.

Her classes are gentle yet challenging, in a variety of ways. Each class offers an opportunity to increase self-awareness. Increased flow of pranic energy removes unnecessary blocks. It enhances vitality, radiance and joy.

In addition to teaching Kundalini she is also a 500hr Yoga teacher in BiomedicalYoga and Meditation focusing on trauma, addictions and relationships.

Ana works with groups in rehabilitation for drugs and alcohol, women in DV as well as with private and corporate clients. In the past she worked at the PA hospital offering yoga to the Mental Health unit and adaptative chair yoga for the Brain Injury patients.

No matter what style of yoga she teaches, at the heart of her practice there is always the deep intention to help each of her students cultivate his or her own ability to uplift and strengthen the body and mind.
